I help leaders see what their teams are truly capable of.

I'm Finn Breland — a team and leadership development consultant based in the Nashville area. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, and my background spans both the educational and corporate sectors, where I’ve spent years navigating complex organizations, leading teams, and learning firsthand what makes them succeed or struggle.

As a certified Working Genius instructor, I bring a structured, evidence-based approach to understanding how people naturally work — and how leaders can use that knowledge to build teams where everyone thrives.

My approach is shaped by Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions framework: I believe healthy conflict, real trust, and honest communication aren't soft skills — they're competitive advantages.
